What to expect

Three easy steps to a healthier smile

1

Request your visit

Fill out the appointment form or call us. We'll find a time that works — early 7AM slots available Mondays and Tuesdays.

2

Share your history

We'll review your health history and any medications, then talk through your goals and any concerns before we begin.

3

Get your plan

A thorough exam, any needed X‑rays, and a clear, honest plan with options and costs — never any pressure.

Before you arrive

What to bring

A few things will help us get you in the chair faster and make the most of your appointment.

  • Photo ID & insurance card so we can verify your benefits.
  • A list of medications you currently take, including supplements.
  • Recent X‑rays from a previous dentist, if you have them.
  • Your questions — we love them, and there's no such thing as a silly one.
Insurance & financing

Quality care that fits your budget

We're committed to the highest quality of care — and to flexible options that help you receive the dental care you need and deserve.

In‑network PPO plans

As a convenience, Health Sense Dental is in network with many PPO dental plans and will gladly file your claims for you.

In‑Office Discount Plan

No insurance? Our in‑office plan (IOP) makes routine and restorative care affordable for uninsured patients and families.

CareCredit financing

We've partnered with CareCredit to offer deferred interest and extended payment options, so you can spread out the cost of care.

A quick note on dental insurance

Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company — a benefit to help with the cost of care. Our doctors diagnose treatment based on your health, not just what your benefits will cover. Please contact your insurance company before your visit to confirm whether we're in or out of network with your specific plan and to understand your benefits. Our insurance coordinator is always happy to help answer questions, too.

Patient forms

Online forms are on the way

Soon you'll be able to complete your new‑patient paperwork online before your visit. In the meantime, just arrive a few minutes early and we'll get you set up.
